The requirements for Real Estate Salespersons and Brokers are to complete 6 hours of continuing education each year the license is active; there must be 2 of the 6 hours dedicated to legal updates. Each one of our continuing education courses has 4 hours of general updates and 2 hours of legal updates. At the end of the three year licensing cycle, the licensee should have 18 hours of continuing education completed.
