Certification of Courses
Online courses are listed by state, and only for states in which they are approved. Please call for details about which courses are certified in your particular state, particularly if you need out-of-state credit.

Student Information

  1. The Individual Module of Instruction – The student will study the material online through a series of screens that explains the material necessary to achieve course learning objective.
     
  2. Learning Objective – To teach the student the necessary information required by the particular state's continuing education requirements.
  1. Structured Learning Method – Student will be presented with explanation along with examples that will help review the necessary subjects needed for certification.
  1. Method of assessing student performance –
1. Student must answer online chapter exam questions based on course material provided to them in order to pass the course.
 
2. Students must spend the allocated time specified as approved by the State.
 
3. The student will be timed and must complete the required amount of time designated by the particular state. If the student fails to complete the required hours and exams to complete the course, certification will not be given until they have finished the complete time.
 
4. Once the student has received the passing score and has completed the required time spent, the student will receive a certificate of completion.
  1. Method of remediation for deficient students – In the event that a student fails any of the quizzes, s/he cannot proceed to the next subject unless s/he reviews the questions and pass them with the necessary score AND must have completed the designated amount of time required.
  1. Students can communicate with the course instructor electronically to discuss any questions or comments with regards to the course (Student will be provided with the instructors email address)

Refund Policy

 

The tuition and fees paid by the applicant shall be refunded if the applicant is rejected by the school before enrollment or if student cancels within 3 business days. A refund request letter must be written and mailed and to our Southfield office to complete cancellation. The student will receive a refund minus the cancellation fees if the letter is accepted. The school may retain an application fee of not more than $25.00 if the application is denied. A $10 cancellation fee applies for any 6 hour real estate continuing education courses. All tuition and fees paid by the applicant shall be refunded if requested within 3 business days after agreeing to this contract with the school and will be refunded within 30 days. For courses that include text book(s), the student must return the material and text book(s) unmarked and undamaged otherwise the Institute will deduct the cost of the book. A student is allowed to re-take a course for 60% of the tuition cost (with original material or charges for updated material may apply), as long as they come back within 3 years from the original class start date; Updated material for the class is mandatory. If an applicant pays an enrollment fee and does not activate an online course, they may retain their tuition credit for up to 365 days (1 year) from the original course start date; After the 365 days (1 year) has passed, the student surrenders the original tuition paid. No refunds once the applicant purchases a home study course the tuition paid CAN ONLY be credited toward any other home study course (Shipping & Handling charges may apply). No refund may be given once Class is in session. No refunds will be given once a student has activated an Online Course.
